Mobilise has announced the launch of Mobilise Platforms & Investments, a new division created to help specialist telecom technology businesses grow, scale, and access the operational support needed to reach their next stage.

The division will focus on businesses operating across areas such as BSS, OSS, MVNE, eSIM, connectivity, and digital telecom platforms. Many companies in these sectors have strong products, experienced teams, and loyal customers, but may face challenges when expanding into new markets, investing in product development, or building the operational infrastructure required for long-term growth.

Mobilise Platforms & Investments has been created to address these challenges through a combination of strategic investment, telecom expertise, shared technology, and operational support.

Drawing on more than 20 years of experience building, operating, and scaling telecom platforms, Mobilise will work with founders, operators, and capital partners to identify complementary businesses and develop opportunities for sustainable growth. Mobilise was named Best Telecommunications Software Provider 2024 and eSIM as a Service Platform of the Year 2024.

The division’s approach is centred on building an operator-led ecosystem rather than a traditional financial roll-up. Businesses will retain the specialist knowledge and customer relationships that make them valuable, while gaining access to wider resources, technical capabilities, and commercial opportunities.

Central to the ecosystem is HERO®, Mobilise’s modular digital telecom enablement platform, which provides the orchestration and integration layer that connects portfolio businesses and unlocks shared scale. HERO® provides capabilities across orchestration, CRM, eSIM, APIs, payments, customer management, reporting, and digital service delivery.

By bringing complementary technologies and expertise together, Mobilise Platforms & Investments aims to create a stronger, more connected telecom software ecosystem that can support innovation, improve scalability, and deliver greater value to customers.

The new division is open to conversations with telecom technology founders considering growth or succession, operators looking to expand their capabilities, and investment partners seeking opportunities within the telecom software market.

Founders, operators, and capital partners interested in the ecosystem are invited to get in touch via www.mobiliseinvestments.com.
